Hoozie is a talented, althletic young mare with tons of scope and grand prix potential. She is a blood type, forward thinking horse, bold and fast, loves to get in the ring and do her job. Her first foal is correct, flashy, and looks to have all the makings of a great jumper. Hoozie was 2nd in the 4 Year Old Young Horse Western Canadian Championships at the Royal West in 2016, and has steadily moved up the levels, competing her first 1.30m in 2019.
Hoozie's dam Beya Cat was out first embryo transfer foal here at KVF. She is a powerhouse jumper and competed in the 6 year old young horse classes. Beya is producing talented offspring with tons of scope that are competitive in the young horses classes and moving up the levels. Her sire Tempranillo competed in the 1.40m's with an amateur, and her dam Suprice Ducat was imported from Holland as a young horse, and her strong mother line has produced numerous 1.30m+ jumpers.
Hoozier's sire Zeno is very successful in both the Hunter Derby ring and the Grand Prix jumper ring and his offspring are proving to be super athletic with excellent jumping technique and very trainable temperaments. His offspring are being competed in all rings with succes; as Hunters, Jumpers, Event horses and Dressage which is no surprise as his sire Quattro has thrown multi talented horses and Zeno himself has proven to win in the Hunters, Jumpers and as a young horse was the 4 yr old Material horse Champion in Dressage.
